Wella Weloxon Perfect is a developer lotion (oxidation) that can be mixed with hair dye so that the color can be easily applied to the hair. This perfume-free hydrogen from Wella is available in four different concentrations, namely 6%, 9%, 12% and the Perfect Pastel 1.9%.
The distinguishing factor with other hydrogens is that the Wella Welloxon Perfect is provided with a creamy cream liquid which makes it easier and more precise to apply to the hair.
