2. When will my order be delivered?
We sell approximately 14,000 different products. We have many of these products in stock. If we have your product in stock, we will ship it immediately. If the product is not in stock, we will indicate this in the shopping cart. This also states the expected delivery time if a product is not in stock.
Orders that come in before 20:00* will be processed the same day, if in stock! The delivery time of these orders: 1 working day, if the product is in stock. Orders placed after 20:00: Delivery time 1-2 working days. You can check the status of your order via your personal login on the website.
Orders placed outside the Netherlands after 20:00 will be shipped the next working day. *
On the day of shipment you will receive an e-mail with the track & trace code so that you can track the package.

During national holidays, different delivery times apply. No packages will be sent on these days. The holidays for this year on which we do not ship packages are:
3. Not at home?
If the shipment cannot be delivered because no one is found at the pick-up address, the shipment will be returned to the depot. The addressee is informed about the delivery by means of a notification, which is left at the delivery address. This also states the options for a second delivery and/or collection of the shipment. If the addressee does not respond within 5 working days after the first delivery, the shipment will be returned to Shops4youonline BV. This return will incur return costs for the stamp and warehouse handling costs. These costs amount to the original shipping costs plus Euro 4.50 handling costs. We will then charge the shipping costs to resend the package.
4. Have it delivered to a different address?
It is possible to have your order delivered to a different address. You can indicate this when ordering. Please note: it is not possible to have the package delivered to a PO Box number.
5. Service and Collection Points
In collaboration with PostNL, we also offer the option of collecting your package at one of the many service and collection points that can be found throughout the Netherlands.
6. Cash on Delivery (Netherlands) order
Cash on delivery is not possible.
7. Collect your order from our WAREHOUSE in Nijkerk. is no longer possible.
8. Returning packages to Shops4youonline BV:
The return costs are for your account. Unless we have made a mistake, for example when sending an incorrect product. (with the exception of: Renewed packaging)
Products may ONLY be returned unopened and unused.
You have a cooling-off period of 14 days to return the product without giving any reason, starting on the day of receipt of the product. You have 14 days from the moment of the return notification to return the product. The product, if possible, must be returned in its original packaging. In any case, state your order number with the return shipment. For returning the order, the return costs are for your account. You can use the model form for returns.
The entrepreneur ( Shops4youonline ) reimburses all payments made by the consumer, including any delivery costs charged by the entrepreneur for the returned product, immediately but within 14 days following the day on which the consumer notifies him of the withdrawal. Unless the entrepreneur offers to collect the product himself, he may wait with paying back until he has received the product or until the consumer demonstrates that he has returned the product, whichever is the earlier. The entrepreneur uses the same payment method that the consumer has used for reimbursement, unless the consumer agrees to a different method. The refund is free of charge for the consumer.
The cooling-off period does not apply to; Business orders/transactions and hairdressing scissors. Hairdressing scissors must be reported as a return within 24 hours and must be returned unused and in the original packaging.
With the return shipment, a processing time of up to 14 days must be taken into account, AFTER we have received the return shipment.
Exclusions:
Practice heads and hairdressing scissors cannot be returned.

8.2. Cost
The return costs are for your account. The costs will be borne by us if an error is made on our part. As soon as we have received and processed your return, we will refund the full purchase amount to you, this is of course only when we receive the order back in full. When you return part of your order, we will proceed to payment of the products that we have received in return.

Sealing
CDs, DVDs and other carriers with audio or video recordings or software where the content can be easily copied without this copying affecting the condition of the original are best sent sealed. As soon as the customer breaks this seal, he loses his return right. If the product is not sealed, the right of withdrawal applies as normal.
This now also applies to products that cannot be returned for hygienic or health reasons. If the customer breaks the seal, these products cannot be returned. Consider vitamin pills.
