RevitaLash was developed by the American ophthalmologist Michael Brinkenhoff. He developed the eyelash serum for his wife Gayle, who was recovering from breast cancer. The intensive and intense chemotherapy treatments had damaged her eyelashes. They looked thin, brittle and flimsy. Dr. Brinkenhoff made a decision: he wanted to develop a formula to make Gayle's lashes look full, healthy and strong again. Dr. Brinkenhoff, together with other cosmetic scientists, developed a serum that actually improved the eyelashes. And he named this product: RevitaLash. Gayle's lashes not only recovered but became more beautiful than before. And it may sound superficial, but it also made her feel more beautiful and that helped in a difficult period of her life.
So the story started with just one product – the original eyelash conditioning serum – but has since evolved into several products aimed at improving and making hair healthy: eyelashes, eyebrows and scalp hair. RevitaLash is committed to breast cancer awareness, research and education and works with many partners in this field.
In addition to eyelash serums, eyebrow pencils, mascara, nourishing eyebrow gel, the Revitalash range also consists of shampoo, conditioner and an eyelash curler.
