Mix the Igora Vario Blond Cool Lift, Igora Vario Blond Powder and Igora Color and Care Developer together to a creamy consistency.
Apply the cream evenly over dry and unwashed hair.
Apply only to hair lengths and ends, avoiding the scalp.
Let the cream work for about 20 to 60 minutes.
When the hair has been bleached sufficiently, the hair can be rinsed and washed.
