Imperity Surf Neutralizer is a fixing fluid that should be used after using the Imperity Surf Perm. This neutralizer has a neutral odor. The Imperity Surf Neutralizer contains MFA Fruit Acids Complex and Green Tea extracts.

These ingredients make the treatment less harmful to the hair and give a much softer result.

Imperity Surf Neutralizer Use:

Foam the neutralization/fixer with a sponge in a glass or plastic bowl and distribute the foam over the hair.
Then massage the hair with the Imperity Neutralizer.
Then wash the hair with a mild shampoo.
